Treaty Implementation – Governance

Governance

The foundation of becoming a Treaty Nation rests on a competent, professional bureaucracy and administration. We will start by creating a new organization chart, building the capacity of existing staff, and making careful decisions on when to engage consultants for one-time tasks and when to hire and train new staff.

Below, learn more about key Implementation questions and deliverables with respect to Governance and engagement opportunities for Kitselas Citizens.
